Roger Bygott

Studied Interactive Arts at Manchester School of Art 2011-2014.

 

Roger is a Manchester based interdisciplinary artist working eclectically in the field of installation, soft sculpture, and site specific response. He employs photography, found objects, ready-mades, and video in a material and conceptual exploration of ideas and sites. He also works in collaboration with dancers, video artists and sound artists. Recent work has included a collaborative dance/installation residency, Body Stories at Huddersfield Art Gallery.

 

In 2014 Roger completed a nine-month residency at Federation House, a Castlefield Gallery New Arts Space, developing sculptural and video work with shredded paper. He is based at Suite Studios in Salford.
