Stranded in a Northern wilderness, a young cub named Martyn, escaped into the enchantingly macabre landscape of his imagination. He wandered these mystical realms of his mind for many moons, finally returning in 2005, under a new name, the mantel of Made by Martyn.

Pencils sharpened, brushes wet and pen caps off, Martyn sails the waters between sectors. Avoiding the usual labels, he has developed his own distinctive style, a heady brew of visual art, illustration, graphic design, tattoo art, fashion/jewellery design and creative education.

Priding himself on being the “right artist” for the job, Martyn continuously produces accessible works that reach out to new audiences; Whilst also not forgetting to entertain and answer those inner voices and questions that call out from within.

Forging strong relationships with a varied and diverse list of clients, collaborators and co-conspirators, he travels where the project dictates, striving always to create engaging and inspiring works of international standing and impact.
